This n8n workflow acts as an automated mail sorter that cleans up your inbox every day. It saves you time by reading your newest messages and organizing them for you.
How it works
Daily Scan: The n8n Schedule Trigger triggers the workflow once a day to check your inbox.
Fetch Emails: It connects to your Gmail or Outlook to grab the latest unread messages.
Smart Categorization: The workflow looks at the sender or keywords to decide what the email is about (like "Invoices," "Meetings," or "Support").
Automatic Labeling: It applies the correct label or folder tag to each email so your inbox stays perfectly organized.
